This component is all about the tough stuff that lots of us don't want to address. It is also about how to manage, and change direction, implement new processes and change your own position in addition to upgrading your culture, and seting sail for the new land. We will be addressing very real and everyday occurences at your workplace finishing with a robust discussion, an analytical view of what you are doing, and what you should be doing.
